    Storyline:浙江绍兴，沈、章两家因清末南洋劝业会“第一品牌”之争而结下梁子。十八年后，民国十五年，沈王联姻，谁知，沈仪狄竟与青梅竹马的章家大公子汉民私定终身，逃婚私奔，引来匪患，沈家的百年基业毁于一旦。沈老爷临终，将沈家兴衰荣辱托付女儿。沈仪狄遵父遗嘱，嫁入王家，并有条不紊酝酿复兴沈家的计划。沈仪狄和气生财，沈家重现当年的风光，沈仪狄重建沈园，还逐渐在上海稳住了阵脚。此时，一无所成的章汉民回到绍兴，试图挽回沈仪狄被拒。章汉民受家母感化，幡然醒悟，决定子承父业，将章家酒带到上海，与沈家分号开在了同一条街上。对沈家酒推崇备至的日本商人伊藤，多次上门劝沈仪狄与之合作遭拒。最终，沈、章、王三家秉承民族大义，和日本人展开了殊死斗争。
