    Storyline:西华医学院迎来了学生的实习期，虽然各有个的小九九，不过成绩垫底不务正业的赵冲（杜江 饰）、经常在失恋道路上摔跟头的艾小天（张佳宁 饰）以及谨慎专注的八年制博士生邹倚梦（周放 饰）还是被分配到了号称医护最前线的急诊室实习。他们的面前是有着丰富临床经验的程俊（任重 饰）、欧阳雨露（张俪 饰）、王博（王阳 饰）等前辈，面对因各种病症和突发事故被送到急诊室的患者，这些精英展现了各自出色的急救手段与死神争分夺秒，挽救生命。在此过程中，奇妙的友情和爱情之花也悄然绽放。程俊一直喜欢欧阳，随着强有力的竞争对手沈青川（张铎 饰）加入急诊室，他们两人的角力变得更加激烈。　　奔走在医护最前线的青年医护工作者，他们以各自的心血为这份神圣职业增光添彩……
