    Storyline:山东济宁，南临微山，东辖曲阜，大运河穿城而过，得交通之便，浸孔孟之风，自古以来政要商贾云集、文人雅士汇聚，是北方赫赫有名的水陆大码头，被冠以“运河之都”的美名。　　故事从民国初年讲起，跨越近三十年风云际会的历史变迁，以为官刚正的黄子荣、侠义痴情的一片云、诚信经商的宋鲁生、教书写史的杨春早等人物的故事为主线，以家风家训、正气节义为切入点，塑造了官、商、文、兵、匪等各色生动传神、个性鲜明的运河儿女形象。剧中穿插历史事件，点缀齐鲁名人，通过描写主人公跌宕起伏的个人与家族命运，讴歌了运河儿女追求大仁大义、大情大爱、大诚大信、大真大是的境界情怀。最终，书一段运河风情、风土、风韵，写一方家风、家训、家国、家人。
