Storyline:江天蓝（刘涛 饰）和刘展鹏（涂松岩 饰）结婚了八年，也吵了八年，终于不堪忍受婚姻生活折磨的两人决定离婚。之后，刘展鹏结识了公司里新来的女同事杜敏秋（潘雨辰 饰），两人之间渐渐碰撞出了爱情的火花，刘展鹏眼看着就要向人生的下一个阶段迈进。 这边厢，婚后就再也没有外出工作过的刘天蓝必须为自己的将来打算了。她来到了主任医师韩向东（芦芳生 饰）的家中，成为了一名钟点女工。江天蓝崎岖的身世和单纯善良的性格渐渐吸引了韩向东的注意，在后者的帮助下，江天蓝考取了营养师的资格证书，为她的职路开辟了新的方向，在此过程中，两颗孤独受伤的心亦渐渐靠近。
