    Storyline:沂蒙山老区老石岭的人们至今过着无电无水无路的艰难生活。魏春厚（翟乃社 饰）受命于艰难时刻，接任了村委党支部书记的工作。他提出治水、修路、架电线的这样让村民发家致富的想法却意外的遭到众人的反对，但共产党员们都把希望寄托在这位新上任的支部书记身上。魏书记带领着党员群众积极出钱出力，勤勤恳恳地为改善老百姓的生活而努力。...
