    Storyline:1949年5月27日，中国最大的工业城市——上海解放。就在人民欢庆解放的时候，潜入上海的大批国民党特务疯狂的进行破坏活动。在以大特务陈恭鹏为首的保密局特务组织光复社的操控下，大批投机商和特务对上海军管会的命令置若罔闻，大肆进行银元投机并印制假人民币冲入市场，妄图摧毁新生的人民币。
