    Storyline:特大洪水爆发，沿岸市镇紧急疏散。前所未有的灾难当前，某市的监狱也必须做出转移的重大决定。但是狱中为数众多的犯人集体转移，无疑是摆在公安干警面前一个前所未有的挑战。经过缜密安排和规划，该监狱的转移工作有条不紊地展开了。然而却仍有三个“刺儿头”犯人拒绝调遣。万般无奈之下，退休狱警老马（刘佩琦 饰）担任了这三个人的说服和押送工作。三个犯人分别是杀人犯（姜武 饰）、贪污犯（吴大维 饰）和惯偷（李滨 饰），他们性格各异，各有各的小九九。逃亡机会千载难逢，他们心中蠢蠢欲动，却摄于老马枪里的五颗子弹而不敢造次。转移途中，险象环生……　　本片根据鲁迅文学奖获奖作品《生死一线》改编，该报告文学以真实事件为背景创作。
