    Storyline:民国初年，百年老店尚春堂大药坊在佛山声名显赫，医术高超的名医杜参（杜燕歌 饰）掌管尚春堂，远近驰名。杜参膝下无子，唯一冰雪聪明的女儿杜佳期（钟嘉欣 饰）自小在父亲的耳濡目染下，熟识药理，并有一颗济世为怀的仁爱之心。佳期与佛山市长长子庄继祖（黄浩然 饰）婚期在即，这桩强强联姻在佛山市一时间传为佳话。婚期临近，佳期不顾婚前禁忌与继祖赶往贫民窟金玉里，阻止贫民以鼠入药。外表市侩的倒卖商人丁一元（陈展鹏 饰）偶遇天性善良的佳期，为其找回被盗的新婚项链。岂料继祖回家后，便身感不适，原来他与大批市民都感染上了春瘟。杜参为了不耽误婚期，冒极大危险研制药劲猛烈的“九九正气丸”，并免费派发给市民医治春瘟。在此期间，佳期慢慢发现不羁浪子一元，其实重情重义，不禁对其心生敬意。新婚前日，继祖病发身亡，市长父亲庄敦儒难平丧子之痛，不仅查封了尚春堂，并将杜参关入牢中。庄敦儒次子...
