    Storyline:相传烈火珍珠旗为大宋镇国神器，宋太祖赵匡胤即借此旗之助，打败群雄，平定天下。惜后蜀女子花蕊夫人（南红饰）将珍珠旗盗走，同葬深谷，不知所踪。　　数十年后，杨宗保（徐少强饰）自边关回京，赶赴佘太君（李香琴饰）百岁寿诞途中，遇一老汉被人追杀，声称拾获烈火珍珠旗，欲献当今圣上，杨宗保出手相救，并带同回朝引见仁宗（潘志文饰），不料卷入一场精心策划的阴谋中，多亏包青天清明断案，方使杨家百馀口的冤屈平反，并使祸首英王伏诛。　　术数大师顾秀全（甘山饰）算出大宋适逢竹罗三限，贪狼七杀破军三星齐聚，将不利于宋室。野心勃勃的襄阳王（王戎饰）在顾秀全去世后，将其孙女小怜（万绮雯饰）以及顾秀全生前收留的苦儿（吕颂贤饰）软禁于王府中，欲借小怜之助，参透骨髓赋内含的天机。后经天波府及开封府之助，小怜和苦儿始脱离襄阳王的魔掌。　　狄青（刘松仁饰）素慕杨家忠义，为替杨文广（李润祺饰）报杀妻...
