    Storyline:杨广乘父王隋文帝杨坚病危之机，篡夺王位，称隋炀帝。隋炀帝登基后，过着花天酒地的生活，朝政荒废，民不聊生。以卖盐为生的程咬金，不堪官府压榨，在盐场大骂昏君杨广打死盐巡，被捕入狱。历城县令徐有德将其判处极刑，绑赴法场斩首。法场上，正当刽子手举刀行刑时，绿林首领尤俊达掷出一支飞镖，刽子手倒地，法场大乱。但终因寡不敌众，程咬金再次被投入大牢。恰逢大赦天下，程咬金与同牢难友王老汉被释放。王老汉与女儿王艳霞在路上，遇见当朝丞相之子宇文成惠，宇文成惠强抢王艳霞，程咬金拔刀相助，使王老汉父女虎口脱险。程咬金归途中，典当囚衣买点心来孝敬老母，从此以卖耙为生。一日，程咬金在集上受居心险恶的万老财挑拨，砸了“会仙楼”。待主人赶来后，他才知上了当。原来，酒楼主人是法场上的救命恩人尤俊达。．不打不成交，二人结拜为兄弟。随后，他们劫皇纲，夺回靠山王杨林搜刮的民脂民膏48万两银钱...
