Storyline:奕茹（陈庭妮 饰）一心扑在事业之上，因此而忽略了个人的感情生活，某日，她意外地被医生告知患上了不治之症，只剩下半年的寿命，精彩的人生还未真正开始，便已经即将走向终结。震惊和绝望之中，奕茹踏上了前往异国的旅途。 途中，奕茹结识了名为蓝仕德（胡宇崴 饰）的男子，然而，这却并非两人的第一次见面。原来，早在大学时期，蓝仕德便被奕茹的善良和坚强所吸引，这次重逢让这份纯洁美好的感情迅速升温，没过多久，两人便坠入了爱河。尽管得知了奕茹的病情，但蓝仕德却并没有退缩，在海边，两人举行了一场浪漫至极的婚礼，然而在此之后，奕茹不辞而别。
