    Storyline:男主Jeng（Andy饰）是一名警察中尉，他性格直爽，待人热情，工作上认真负责，全力以赴，生活中遇到不合理的事也要管；他虽然说话不留情面，总喜欢与上司争辩，但与同事关系却相处融洽。由于他的前任搭档被贩毒团伙杀害，所以每次遇到与毒品相关的案件，就会行为偏激，因而得了个“疯狗”的绰号。他有一个温暖和睦的大家庭，养父Thong退休前也是一名警察，是他从孤儿院领养了Jeng和他的弟弟Johnny，现在Jeng自己又领养了2个小孩Tum和Toe；他有一个当法医的女朋友Da，2人很相爱并已论及婚事，但Da不希望Jeng婚后继续做警察，她怕如果Jeng遇害要由她来解剖尸体，她会受不了的，但Jeng热爱自己的工作不愿意辞职，2人互不相让，婚事就这么拖了下来。局里来了一名新人，女警Lee中尉（女主,Tong饰），上司派给Jeng做搭档，从一开始2人就相互看不顺眼，工作...
