    Storyline:该剧是讲述既不是检察官也不是律师或侦探，而是国家人权委员会的调查官们的故事，将描写既没有搜查权也没有起诉权的调查官为了被侵害人权而感到绝望的人们而奔走的姿态。主角们调查着比既有的人权侵害和歧视等陈情更重要的陈情案，负责受害程度严重、引起社会性争议、因为公权力、组织、机关等引发的人权侵害问题的调查事宜。　　李枖原饰演韩允书，无论是人际关系还是社会生活上她都讨厌越线行为。她是彻底调查并只想弄清事实的人物，维持着冷静且中立的调查方式和态度，因此被误会“缺乏同情心”，即便如此她还是维持着自己的原则。　　崔贵华饰演姜浩俊，他是人权促进委员会的总管调查官也是检察厅外派的调查官，是一个集中力极强，以身体支配精神的行动派。周围人都认为他正义感爆棚且冲动，但他其实是一个脑子运转得比身体快的人物。他和冷静的搭档韩允书在性格上刚好互补。
