    Storyline:汤家村村委会主任汤志成的儿子从美国归来，带回土地使用的新理念。汤家村的经济想要更上一层楼，需与邻村经济基础较差、有不少闲置土地的于家堡村合作，双方均会受益。ysgou.cc比邻的于家堡村土地产值低、并有不少闲置土地。于家堡村主任于长福因担心合作过程中失去自己主任的权利，抵制优厚条件和高利润分成合作。于长福利用民间陈旧传统说法“鱼不能进汤，一条鱼腥一锅汤”的借口反对那些闲置土地出租，更反对高比率利润合作。但是于家堡村民心里清楚，只要和汤家村合作，年收入最少翻倍。在汤家村主任汤志成和汤家村青年人的带动、感动下，汤家村和于家堡终于达成合作协议，土地得到充分利用，两个村子的村民生活更上一层楼。
