    Storyline:电影剧情围绕横行东南亚的海盗信展开。大海上，一艘装载着核卫星诱导设施的美军货船突然消失。而劫持这艘货船的海盗信是朝鲜出身，这引起了韩国方面的高度重视。韩国政府派出了海军高级军官姜世宗去追捕信。海盗信一家曾在1983年从朝鲜逃到韩国，要求政治避难。但韩国政府拒绝了他家的难民申请，致使一家人除了信和姐姐崔明珠都惨遭杀害。
