    Storyline:市政厅爆笑故事。这部剧用轻松愉快的手法描写了梦想当总统的祖国和从地方小政府的秘书开始到成为最年轻市长的辛薇莱之间发生的种种令人捧腹大笑的故事。九年来一直在家待业的辛薇莱终于接到了通过10级公务员考试的通知，虽然只是一个在政府里端茶倒水的职务，但是她仍很兴奋，梦想有朝一日考上9级公务员。不料却卷入了政府内部的权力斗争当中，阴差阳错地当上了市长。
