Storyline:被骗至南非数载，全部家产都被郑南顺的父亲夺走的谢廷璋与年轻的珠宝鉴定师叶林在南非相爱成婚。因为黑吃黑被黑帮追杀，廷璋诈死后来到新加坡才知道郑父已故，廷璋发现不知内情的南顺继承了大笔财产而且对叶颇有好感，为复仇廷璋制定了“天蝎行动”，并放弃了叶林，与同被郑父害死父母的律师王重光配合，先帮南顺对付他的对手郭保罗，令郭保罗生意破产，公司也被南顺收购。并助南顺登上珠宝业主席的宝座。同时南顺向叶林求。
