Storyline:常德花山脚下的渔樵村，有一口丝瓜井，相传井中有一根神奇的金丝瓜，所以得以井水常年不竭，甘甜可口。丝瓜井就在刘海家的屋场，出于对金丝瓜的觊觎，刘海的伯父刘振宾不顾亲情，想尽办法要将刘海和他目盲的母亲赶出刘家屋场，霸占丝瓜井，从而获得金丝瓜。由于利欲熏心，刘振宾居然贡拜恶灵穷奇，哪晓得穷奇本身也对金丝瓜垂涎已久。住在花山的九只狐仙还有金蟾，因为偶然的际会，更因为命运冥冥的安排，卷入了这场争斗。而九妹胡秀英，在与刘海经历了一系列的误会和磨难之后，终于合力战胜了邪恶的力量，并结为眷侣，成就一段美好的爱情传奇。
