Storyline:明朝西厂督主雨化田（陈坤饰）为了追捕怀了龙胎的妃嫔素慧容（范晓萱饰）下落逃出宫外，素慧容逃亡中得侠女凌雁秋（周迅饰）救走，两人路过的正是龙门客栈，相传“龙门”是三百年前西夏王国神秘失踪之地点，每六十年必有一场巨大的沙尘暴，之后皇宫大门会破沙而出，那里会找到失落的宝藏。客栈之内可说卧虎藏龙，有鞑靼女子布鲁嘟（桂纶镁饰）领头之鞑靼队伍，有少侠打扮的顾少棠（李宇春饰）及专门买卖江湖消息的胡中玉，而胡中玉竟长得与雨化田一个模样！多年未露面的赵怀安（李连杰饰）亦同时神秘现身！各路英雄狭路相逢相聚龙门客栈，而此时，十几条龙卷风亦同时向龙门客栈旋转而来！
